• Apartments on Manor are managed by the Commodore Motel. Check In and Check Out is done through the motels reception at 932 Cumberland Street North. Motel Operational hours are 7.00am to 9.00pm. Arrangements for early check in's or late check out's can be made prior to arrival and subject to availability. To contact the Commodore Motel please dial 4777766 Ext.0

• There is one off-street car park per unit in the apartment complex. If you have more than one vehicle you may be required to park it on the Street.
  
  
• Each unit has its own phone number so it can be contacted directly.
  
  
• Included in your weekly rent are phone line, power and the SKY start up package
  
  
• Units are serviced once a week. Arrangements can be made for extra servicing, this will incur an extra charge.
  
  
• On arrival amenities such as rubbish bags, tea, coffee, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper will be provided. If you run out of these during your stay it will be up to you to get additional supplies.
  
  
• All units are strictly non-smoking.
  
  
• We have a strictly no pets policy on the property.
  
  
• Deposit / Payment Policy – Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be made no less than one week prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) week's accommodation will be incurred to the guest’s credit card.
